Returns Policy

You can return products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the packaging or seal is opened and the product doesn't meet your expectations, such as the scent of the oil, you are responsible for any diminished value. Therefore, please carefully check which products you order.

Please report your return within 14 days of receipt. After reporting your return, you have another 14 days to return the package. Send a message to info@valvoura.com to receive a return form. Send your package to:

Pack your products securely in a box to ensure they arrive safely. We are not liable for damage or loss during transport. Keep your shipping receipt with track and trace until your return has been fully processed.

Wrong delivery

If you receive a product you didn't order, please leave the packaging closed. A product with an open seal, cap, or lid is considered accepted and we can no longer exchange it. Send a message to support@valvoura.com. You will then receive the correct product immediately.

Swap

To exchange your order, simply follow the same steps as for a return. After processing, we'll refund your purchase price. You can then order the product you want.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you or someone on your behalf receives the package. You must send a clear explanation to Valvoura by email or post. It is sufficient if your message is sent within the cooling-off period.

You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a different shipping method are not included in the refund. We will apply a deduction if there is a decrease in value due to use beyond what was necessary to view the product.

We'll refund you once we've received the goods or you provide proof that the package has been shipped. This will happen within 30 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the products as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after your notification of withdrawal. You are on time if the package is shipped before this period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Crediting

Once we receive your returned package in good condition, we'll refund your purchase price. This will happen within 14 days. Please keep your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
